LuxBGlam will refund items within 30 days of purchase for in-store credit.

LuxBGlam will not accept returns on Swimwear or undergarments.

 

Clearance items are not returnable.

 

If you need to exchange a purchase for the same item in a different size or color, send an email to luxbglam@gmail.com and return your item to LuxBGlam P.O. Box 5834, Vancouver WA 98661.

Customers are responsible for the return label costs.

 
Requests are available during normal business hours which are Monday-Friday 9:00 AM- 5:00 PM PST except on Holidays. Refunds will be processed 5-7 business days after return. 

Please note, you are not required to use our return labels.  You may purchase your own label from USPS, UPS, FedEx or any carrier you choose.  You are not required to email us if you are using your own return label. 

 

Returns should be mailed back to LuxBGlam P.O. Box 5834, Vancouver WA 98661.
